4. Shipping Carriers
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours.

• Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to be updated .
6. Returns & Refunds (International Orders)
• Due to high international shipping costs, we currently do not offer free returns.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo/video proof. A replacement or partial refund will be issued after verification.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
